Giggles strictly prohibit individuals under the age of 18 from accessing or using our app. Our Aadhaar verification system (Government ID) ensures that only users aged 18 or older can register. We validate the authenticity of the Aadhaar ID and verify the user’s identity data instantly against the government database to ensure accuracy. We do not support or allow the use of our app by anyone under 18, and we impose strict restrictions on such users. If we discover that a profile has been created by parents, friends, or guardians and is being used by someone under 18, or if an adult creates a profile for a minor, we will take immediate action. Similarly, if we find that a person under 18 is using the app in any manner, we will promptly delete the profile and take further action as necessary. Our platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of these age restrictions.
