At Giggles we strive to provide you the best experience possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which certain refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Giggles app. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

  1. Subscription Refunds

 

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

 

  • Refunds requests raised within 48 hours from the date and time of purchase of the subscription on Giggles Dating App are auto approved.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial subscription purchase.

  • Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges of existing subscriptions.

1.2 Conditions for Refunds


Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:


•    Technical Issues: If you were unable to access subscription features due to technical issues beyond your control, and such issues are verified by our support team.
•    Accidental Purchase: If a subscription was purchased accidentally, and the refund request is made within 48 hours of the transaction.
•    Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.

 

 

 


Your refunds will be issued within 7 business days.


Renewal & Subscription 
Giggles may offer certain features as automatically-renewing subscriptions, such as one-week, one-month, or three-month plans (“Premium Services”). If you purchase an automatically-renewing subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it beforehand. The renewal will be charged at Giggles’ then-current subscription rate. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription, as outlined below, before the current period ends. Please note that deleting your account or uninstalling the app from your device does not cancel your subscription. If there are changes to the pricing of the Premium Services you’re subscribed to, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel. By not canceling, you agree to be charged at the updated subscription price.

If you made a payment on an iOS device using your Apple ID, please direct any payment-related queries to Apple. To request a refund, visit https://getsupport.apple.com.For payments made through the Google Play Store, contact Giggles' customer support with your order details and invoice from the Google Play Store. If your payment was made via the Giggles website or any other payment gateway, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details and invoice for assistance.
